New Volunteer Role Vacancy
Volunteering role:
Volunteers will be working with the historical records of Gypsies and Travellers Wales (e.g., minute books, financial records, letters, photographs, Literature etc.)
The skills developed during this project will be transferable and can be applied to many areas within the heritage sector.
As part of this role, volunteers will:
- Assess and sort the records
- Catalogue records via Excel Spreadsheet
- List the records for deposit with Glamorgan Archives.
Skills required
Essential:
- Organised, reliable, and able to deliver a task to a set deadline
- Attention to detail
- Excellent command of English; ability to write in a clear and concise manner
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and improve your skills
Desirable:
- Interest in history and heritage

Additional information:
