Training for Professionals

With nearly 40 years of supporting Gypsies and Travellers in and around Cardiff, our training session will help you and your staff to develop your knowledge and understanding of the community and focus on a number of specialist issues, including accommodation and homelessness, welfare and social issues, health and education. Our staff are highly trained and experienced in working with the Gypsy and Traveller community and have built positive relationships of trust over a 40 year period.

Individuals can attend open courses that are delivered by our experienced staff at Trowbridge Community Centre and locations around Cardiff. Alternatively, we can come to your organisation and deliver training in-house. We can develop training tailored to your organisation’s need.

We also offer the training session online, for up to 10 people at a time. We will soon be offering these session via Eventbrite as well so watch our social media for upcoming dates.

Individual places cost from £30 per person for a half day, depending on the training package you choose.

Certain courses may incur a small surcharge if there are extra materials needed to deliver the course. We will let you know about this at the time of booking. Please contact us for prices to deliver courses for your organisation outside of South East Wales.
