Anyone who knows Louisa will know that she is passionate, determined, fiercely committed to what she believes in and, perhaps, just a little bit stubborn! 😂 But it’s those very qualities that have helped shape the organisation into what it is today.

Louisa has worked tirelessly to develop the organisation, create new opportunities and ensure we continue making a meaningful difference to the communities we support. She has navigated challenges, championed new ideas and fought for the things that matter, often doing an enormous amount of work behind the scenes that others don’t always get to see.

And despite the pressures and responsibilities that come with being CEO, she still finds time to support her team and get stuck in when an extra pair of hands is needed.

Louisa genuinely cares about the organisation, the people who work here and, most importantly, the communities we exist to support. Her passion for what we do is infectious, and her determination to keep moving forward has been instrumental in getting us to where we are today.

We spend a lot of time celebrating the achievements of our staff, but it’s important to recognise the person who has worked so hard to make so much of that possible.
