After taking a little break over the summer, we’re delighted to bring back our Staff Member of the Month, and this month we’re celebrating Yana! 👏💚

Yana is kind, approachable and genuinely committed to helping the people she supports. She takes the time to listen, treats everyone with respect, and works hard to make sure clients feel heard and supported.

Since joining Gypsies and Travellers Wales, Yana has become a valued member of the team and has made a real difference to clients across West Wales.

Her caring nature, professionalism and dedication have certainly not gone unnoticed, and we’re very grateful to have her as part of our team.
