Our project funded by Moving for Change’s Roadside Futures programme is up and running!
We submitted a bid for funding to the MfC project last autumn, and were delighted to find out we were successful. We have now recruited to the post and our engagement worker Laura has now joined us and is busy getting the project going. She will soon be out and about on Rover Way and Shirenewton sites meeting residents, as well as visiting roadside encampments and finding out what support people really need. She will also be teaming up with other services and organising workshops and training for residents.
